This is not just another forum where anything goes. We have a very specific purpose here, and a clearly-defined mission. Please respect the following rules, they exist to enhance the experience of those who wish to participate in the community.

1. AGE RESTRICTIONS.

a. All users are required to be at least 13 years of age to view or register on this site. If you are under 18 years of age, you are the responsibility of your parents and not us, and if it is illegal for minors to view this site in your location, you are required to close this site immediately.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES.

a. You are solely responsible for your own account, and one account is permitted per person.

b. Show others the same respect you wish to be shown. Do not personally attack anyone else, address the points and issues instead.

c. All image files you link to in your profile that display in your signature, profile, or posts must be functional and visible. Any images found to be broken or of unusual size may be disabled or deleted without warning to maintain the visual appeal of the community. Sexually explicit images depicting violence, rape, torture, bestiality, or illegal acts are not permitted. Nude works of art that are clearly and strictly works of creative expression are permitted if presented tastefully or intellectually.

d. For quick, accurate replies, please use standard English to the best of your ability. Members of this site come from all over the world and may not be familiar with your online lingo. You don't have to be perfect, but honest effort goes a long way.

e. Responses may not come immediately, so be patient. Do not make multiple similar posts, and do not double post unless you feel it is necessary.

f. Hotlinking of images is not permitted. Hotlinking means posting an image on Sex Project that is on a server besides ours, that you have not uploaded here as an attachment, or that you do not have permission to use. Imageshack or photobucket accounts that you own may be used for this purpose, and of course, your own webserver space.

3. NO CHARITY.

a. This site is privately owned and operated, and as such no one shall be permitted to use our facilities for their own personal "soapbox" for speaking out against anything that is supported or covered on the site, incite hatred, or otherwise unreasonably "disrupt the peace" in any of our areas.

b. Unauthorized advertisements are not permitted. This includes for-profit referral links. All outbound links posted must be relevant, editorial, and non-profit.

4. RULE VIOLATIONS.

a. Failure to abide by these rules may result in one or several of numerous possible consequences, including, but not limited to: written warning, loss of posting privileges, account ban, deleted post/topic/thread, modified post/topic/thread, or whatever is appropriate depending on the offense(s).

5. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

a. The administrator reserves the right to limit or bar access to anyone at any time for any reason. The administrator also reserves the right to limit or bar access to anyone who is using an unreasonable portion of server resources. Free use of this site assumes you may a) reasonably use the server's resources; and b) not reasonably infringe upon the server resource usage of others.

b. If you do not agree with these terms you are required to close this site immediately.
