The Perks and Features of being a Sex Project Supporter

· As a Supporter, you will receive a special designation in your profile and your name will show up green in your posts and on most areas of the site where your name is displayed. It's good to be green!

· All normal banner and text advertisements are removed, this includes text ads at the top and bottom of the site, and any graphical ads along the left column and middle or bottom of the site. This greatly streamlines the site and helps it load faster for you and makes it look and feel much cleaner.

· You will be able to access a private site forum, the Supporter Lounge, that is hidden from guests and regular members. This board appears under the Special Areas category on the main index.

· Ability to choose and edit your custom title which appears directly below your username in your posts and on the profile summary page.

· Ability to modify your own posts. Regular members are not allowed to modify posts they have made in most cases.

· Ability to post attachments (images, text files, etc).

· You may post events to the site calendar. Regular members may view, but may not post to, the calendar. Events are specially designated days with custom event information posted for everyone including holidays and birthdays.

· (nearly) Unlimited messaging abilities. New members (< 5 posts) may only read, not send site messages, and regular members are limited to 10 messages in their inbox.

· Participate in future Supporter-only contests, which will offer cash and merchandise prizes as opposed to regular contests which offer free Supporter memberships as prizes.

· Priority technical support, (nearly ensuring) help with your problem within 12 hours via site message or email should that unfortunate event arise. Regular members are offered technical support but not guaranteed it. Our human resources are limited.

How long does my Supporter membership last?

You may choose a subscription cycle of either: three months for $4.95, one year for $9.95, or three years for $24.95.

(Supporter system was upgraded to use automatic subscription system in March, 2007. Previous supporters are grandfathered into this system and do not need to take action).

Becoming a Supporter does not grant or imply any special privileges to the member beyond what is listed here. Staff will endeavor to treat members with equal respect, regardless of their membership level. Memberships may be revoked or reverted at any time, and donations cannot be refunded.
