There are actually quite a few products out there that help with Kegels. The best ones I've found so far are called Smartballs. They really work. You just insert them and they do all the work for you so you don't have to worry about if you're doing it right. The Smartballs are definitley worth the money! They're basically un updated version of Ben Wa balls but I like them better b/c they're easier to insert and remove. You'll definitely notice a difference if you use them and so will you're guy. My boyfriend love em, hee hee. And they're pretty easy to insert. Just use a few drops of lube and relax. It feels a little weird at first but after a few minutes you barely notice. Hope that helps
