I still don't know if it's a really huge clitoris or a tiny penis... *confused & grossed out*

To say the least, I'm somewhat concerned by everyone's responses to this post.

First of all, the female clitoris comes in many different sizes and shapes. A woman may have a large clitoris or a very tiny one. She may have a large clitoral hood, large labia, or perhaps even missized labia. The important thing is that these are all variations of normal, and no man or woman should be made to feel ashamed about the appearance of his or her genitalia. Men, how would you like it if we posted a picture of your penis and ridiculed it for being too small, or for having a tiny head, or for being pencil-thin? I'm sure none of you would appreciate that kind of attention. Chyna's clitoris, while admittedly large, is completely normal. By ridiculing the appearance of her genitalia, you're perpetuating an unhealthy expectation of physical perfection. Because of this type of ridicule, many women are self-conscious about their genitals. Perhaps it makes women afraid to undress with the lights on, or to let a partner perform oral sex on them, or perhaps they're so worried about it that they run out and have completely unnecessary plastic surgery on their genitals to fit within the confines of societal norms.

Secondly, you shouldn't be so shocked that her clitoris resembles a penis. The penis and the clitoris are built from the same tissue. In fact, every fetus begins with female body parts. If a Y chromosome is detected, then a penis develops from what would otherwise remain a clitoris.

If she took steroids, that could have contributed to the enlargement of her clitoris (which, I might add, probably gives her a great deal of sexual pleasure). This does not make her gender questionable. However, even if she was transgendered, what would be so wrong with that? And lastly, what business of yours is it to judge her appearance, her gender, her sexual preference, or anything else about her?

Look at it though! It's small really.... it would be more worrying if the she had a bigger penis than most guys...

True, she does choose to put herself in the public eye, and therefore a certain degree of judgement should be expected. But then again, I think that the amount of attention we pay to celebrities is kind of ridiculous anyway--do I really care that Paris Hilton has cellulite?

I absolutely agree with you that Chyna's clitoris has an uncanny resemblance to a penis. Personally, I wouldn't be interested in watching her porno either, but the point that I'm trying to make is much more general. That point is that both women and men should be encouraged to be confident about the appearance of their genitals, because in the end that's going to contribute to a much healther self-esteem and sex life. How many times have we read posts by girls who are afraid to let a guy perform oral sex on them because they're too embarrassed, or by guys who are worried that they're too small or otherwise not good enough?

5m00chie, I agree with you entirely! She is confident with her body, and I suppose some people (namely, X pac or Shaun whatshisname) if comfortable with it too! She can't help it, can she? But she does set herself up to be judged, you are right, so she has to take it, which i think she does really well.
