Naturopathy is a crock of shit...

I would also have to mostly agree, although with the possible exception of acupuncture.

With that said, there is no single case I have heard of that surgery has failed miserably yet naturopathy has come through with flying colours.

Many cases I often hear where the patient (usually women) try naturopathy based approach to begin with, and when no results or change show then the path of surgery is undertaken, almost always successfully. Of course, nothing really lost except for time, which is not usually a problem unless something needs to be addressed urgently.

Never the less, naturopathy is still a better 'first' option than say, preying for a miracle healing by their saviour Laughing. Although, I believe that surgery is currently at the pinnacle of human medical capability.

As for the OP's situation, a psychological problem needs to be addressed accordingly, such as psychologist help etc. Doctors (not surgeons), but doctors, really have no clue what their talking about and will just give you a bunch of pills that try and fix a psychological problem with a physical means, because they couldn't care less about your case and just want to move onto the next patient. Psychological troubled patients are probably the worst ones for them to try and help.

A visit to the firing range is definitely a good way to relieve stress. Just hire a Glock and let a few go. Jamming out to Led Zeppelin works as well.

However, these are just temporary solutions. Is there anything you can do to treat the actual problem rather than mere symptoms? Why are you having trouble with your family, friends, and boys?

Listen to happy songs.
one of my personal favorites would be semi-charmed life by third eye blind.
that song gets me out of any mood.
Look at the sky and admire how pretty it is.
Play with ur dogs(i have 3 siberian huskies and a lab)
they are sooo much fun to play with.
play the wii with a younger niece or nephew. especially that new super mario bros wii game
its a lot of fun and co-op.
thats a couple i could think of. hope it helps.

I have a few things I do when depressed.  Sometimes I will go for a long bike ride.  If I can't do that I will write some song lyrics or play my guitar.
