I do enjoy that part of the body, though I wouldn't consider myself to have a fetish over it.

I completely understand your fetish, though!  It doesn't strike me as odd at all.
I'm female, so of course it's different to an extent.
I must note that the neck is a body part I pay a lot of attention to.  I often lightly caress my boyfriend's neck with my nails, and it drives him absolutely crazy.  I love to bite him, and look at the veins, not just on his neck, but all over.
