Matt B responds: I know because of our height difference, about 6 inches, me and my girlfriend have a hard time with some positions. You didn't mention this, or your physical profiles, but between the two sometimes sex is more difficult than it should be. Never fear, missionary position is the most popular because it is the easiest to accomplish and I'm sure you'll get it, too. Have your girlfriend lie on her back in bed. Have her spread her legs some, enough to give you room to lie on top of her with your legs in between hers. Get on top of her, bracing yourself with your hands placed on the outside of her shoulders and with your knees lying on the bed inside of her spread legs. This should setup the missionary position. Gradually coming closer to her in this position, see if you can angle yourself better to enter her and thrust. Try repositioning your hands and knees until you find the best angle to enter her from. Trusting can tire me out especially after long days, so I like using the headboard to brace my legs on by pressing my feet against it for added thrusting power. Matt B responds: There really aren't any reasons why you can't or shouldn't have sex while on your period, aside from some religious beliefs some people may have. Physically, it is not harmful. Most women actually would like to have sex on their periods because they tend to be more aroused during this time. The only obvious drawback is the mess you will probably make. I suggest choosing an old towel to place underneath you and your partner. Just wash it out after you're done and it should be reusable. Another less obvious problem is the decrease in practical available sex positions. Me and my partner tend to only use the missionary, man on top position when she is on her period. This makes cleanup easier. Comment on this question |
